Ellen Khokha has exhibited a lifetime of commitment to the field of early childhood education and to the West Coast Collaborative.

In honor of that dedication and support the West Coast Collaborative has created a scholarship fund in her name that provides 5-10 scholarships per year to Santa Monica College or UCLA Extension students that cover 90% of ticket fee for conferences or workshops hosted by the WCC.

We are happy to provide this scholarship to enable a larger and more diverse pool of individuals to deepen their understanding and practice of the Reggio Emilia approach.

If you would like to be considered for a scholarship please click here to fill out the application

You should receive a response from the West Side Collaborative within 2 weeks of your submission.

Please note that at this time scholarships are only available to students of Santa Monica College or UCLA extension who have completed Reggio Emilia related course work at their respective institutions.

Thank you!
